The OLA sisters after their Plenary Council held in France visited the SMA house at 150 Cours Gambetta, Lyon, on Saturday 18th February 2017 for a special informal family reunion at the tomb of Father Augustin Planque, Co-Founder and 1st Superior General of the SMA equally Founder of the OLA.

The Catholic Diocese of Ondo celebrated 100 years of Catholicism (1916-2016) early this year 2017. Among the activities of the celebrations was an award giving ceremony to Missionary groups that worked in the diocese.
I visited the SMA confreres in Morocco from January 9th to 18th, 2016.
I wish to share with you some impressions from my visit.
Rev. Fr Angel Espuela, a Spanish SMA, was ordained a priest in his parish of Virgin Madre, Laganés, on the outskirts of Madrid, on Saturday, January 28, 2017. He is the first of the twenty or so new SMA priests, going to be ordained this year in different countries. Angel, 56, was already a member of the SMA as a brother, for about fifteen years. One of our reports met the ordained and this is what he had to say.
